Tour Summary

The Bahamas Snorkel Adventure is the kind of snorkel excursion that is for serious snorkelers. By serious snorkelers, we mean people who are passionate about outdoors activities and who really want to explore as much of the fascinating Bahamas underwater world as possible. That is because the Snorkel Adventure takes guests to three distinct sites for snorkeling! No other Bahamas snorkeling package goes to this many locations!

The tour starts off with our spacious and comfortable custom-built snorkel boat. The boat was specifically designed for snorkeling in mind and comes complete with two large decks including an upper sun deck and a large bottom platform deck that makes it easy for snorkelers getting on and off the vessel. We also work with only the most professional of crew members, who are on hand the whole time to make sure you are comfortable with your snorkeling gear and to answer any questions you might have about snorkeling in the Bahamas.

The first of the three stops is to a shallow coral reef. This is the type of stop that most of the snorkeling trips go to, but we always make sure to take you to a snorkel spot with the best conditions. Some of the typical sites we go to for our first stop include the Little Elvis reef, the Goulding Cay Reef, and the School House Reef. For our second stop, we go to either a second shallow reef destination or, if the conditions allow it, to a shallow shipwreck. And finally, for the third stop, we do our “shark snorkel”. This stop is not at all as scary as it sounds and is completely safe. It is also completely option for those snorkelers who might have a shark phobia (though we promise you that in these parts, there is no reason to be scared of these sharks). This stop is oftentimes our guests’ favorite, as you get to witness the mysterious and misunderstood creatures as they swim way beneath you. Guests who prefer to not get in the water can still witness the shark spectacle from our upper deck, which provides great views, especially with the clarity of these waters.

After the third stop, everyone gets back on our snorkel boat and it’s time to relax and head back to land! We often get repeat guests on this trip - it’s that good!

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
